Bio

When you hear "Tinkerbelle" do you think of an annoying little Chihuahua carted around by some human celebrity? Times are changing!

I'm a fawn Doberman pinscher girl who will turn one year old on January 11. My favorite thing to do is snuggle with my Mom while she rubs my tummy. But my SECOND favorite thing to do is dress up and hit the streets!

See, when most people hear "Doberman Pinscher" they think ZOMGZ VICIOUS CHILD EATING MONSTER!! I'm on a crusade, along with my adopted brother Beowulf, to teach people that we're just big, snuggly, fashionable lap dogs. The biggest problem in my life is that the little bitty dogs get all the cool clothes! So I'm also on a crusade to find pretty clothes in my size, or if I can't do that, to convince my Mom to learn to sew dog clothes for me.

When I grow up, I want to be a Canine Good Citizen and certified Therapy Dog, and if I can convince Mom then maybe we'll do Canine Freestyle, too!

Barbara's Canine Cafe here in Charlotte is one of my favorite places to spend weekend afternoons! Yappy Hour at the cafe is to die for, since Barbara serves up free samples of the latest yummies with a side of chicken or peanut butter margarita, too! If you're not in the area, you can order goodies from her online. There's even wheat and corn free cookies for dogs with sensitive tummies!

The Pampered Pup mostly caters to small dogs (dangit!) but has some t-shirts in my size. That's where I got my Super Model tank top and my Drama Queen t-shirt, too!

Ruff Ruff and Meow has some great tees and tanks designed specifically for bigger dogs! I've put a bunch of 'em on my Christmas wishlist. I sure hope Santa notices what a good dog I've been!

Little River Pet Shop has a lot of stuff in my size, including some really great sweaters!

Hands N Paws not only has some very pretty dresses in large dog sizes, but you can have some of their items custom tailored for a very reasonable fee!
